used in order to maintain the display's preservation

if they get cracked or scratched?
Yes, in certain instances you
can. But you must be sure that you use products designed
especially for the care and repair of clear acrylic. Other
cleaning or repair products will damage your display cases.

6. Do you make custom
Yes. In fact, Kara Kreations
sells far more custom displays than any other product. If
you cannot find a stock display that meets your requirements,
feel free to e-mail us with your request.
7. Does the shipping cost
make buying one display too expensive?
No. We have amortized the
shipping costs across the board to make sure that even a small
order will receive a great deal on shipping. We have also
arranged for various shipping options to assist you in making
every purchase on our site, a wise one.
8. Is my collection worth
more if I sell it with the displays?
Yes. Not only will our
displays help you to maintain your collection's
"mint" condition, but when viewing a collection in
our displays, your prospect will see the added value of great

price if I buy in larger quantities?
Of course! For orders larger
than indicated in our standard pricing, please contact us via

the purchase of a display?
Actually, we do not charge tax
on any item. However, depending upon your location, you may be
asked by local or state jurisdiction to itemize and calculate
items purchased over the internet. Check with you local and
state tax boards to determine your proper tax.
11. Can I order a catalog
Because we are constantly
updating and adding to our offerings we have elected to
maintain our catalog online. Not only does this keep you
abreast of new products and special offers, but it also allows
us to discount our products by not having to go to the time
and expense of mailing out hard copy catalogs.
12. How often do you
introduce new products?
Our line continues to grow as
certain size displays and custom models become more popular.
As always, the best selling displays continue to come from
designs suggested by our customers. In addition to new
products, we will also be constantly be posting special

13. How do I care for my
Special care and precautions
do need to be taken to ensure the long-term maintenance of
your Kara Kreations Displays. General household cleaners,
polishers, solvents or glues can cause permanent damage to
your displays. Never use anything other than specially
formulated products designed specifically for acrylic. You
will find a variety of safe and effective display care products
in the Cleaning Materials section of our Kollectibles'
14. Do you offer a warranty
on your products?
Yes, we offer a complete
warranty. This warranty is as follows:
Kara Kreations warrants its
products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship.
All orders shipped will be insured to protect you in the event
that merchandise is damaged in shipment. If you receive your
order and it appears damaged in any way, please contact Kara
Kreations. Kara Kreations makes no other claims or guarantees
regarding its products except those expressly made here, and
will not be held liable for any mishap that occurs once the
product is accepted. All sales are final, however, if your
order appears to be inaccurate, please contact Kara Kreations
immediately upon receipt of order. No claims or adjustments
shall be made after 30 days of receipt of product. Use of
improper cleaning or repairing materials will void this

All orders must include a
valid telephone number
UPS is our primary delivery
service within the Continental US. Please provide a street
address, not a P.O. Box. Priority Mail may also be used.
VISA, MasterCard, and Debit
Cards bearing a VISA or MasterCard logo, will be accepted. No
checks, money orders or COD orders are accepted.
Special or custom orders are
not returnable. Other products may be returned if shipped back
to us prepaid, in their original packing materials. Returned
products must be insured, and require a 25% restocking fee
against any refund due. Shipping and handling charges are not
refundable. This policy includes shipments refused at the
point of destination. If you refuse a shipment and we must pay
for shipping, restocking, or if the product is damaged in
shipment back to us, these charges will be applied to your
